Serving as a director for the foundation and Kylie’s grandmother, art is in Susan’s blood. The matriarch of the family, Susan comes from an artistic family background with an artist father, and a crafting mother, and is no stranger to the world of creativeness herself. Married to her high school sweetheart for more than 50 years, Susan raised her two daughters on Vancouver Island and is proud of her Portuguese heritage, rooted in
community, tradition, and family. She helps guide the foundation with integrity and offers clarity when needed. Outside of her work with the foundation and her daughters, Susan enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, crafting, and baking.
