Lia believes deeply in the ability of the arts to bring people together and help young people feel seen, supported, and inspired. With more than 20 years in banking, she has built her career around relationships, trust, and helping people move toward their goals. As a parent of two, she understands how powerful meaningful experiences can be in helping young people build confidence, discover their voice, and feel a true sense of belonging.
Her love of dance, fitness, and family keeps her connected to the joy, discipline, and balance that creativity brings to everyday life. Lia is proud to support opportunities that make the arts more accessible for young adults and is excited to contribute to programs that encourage self-expression, personal growth, and community connection.
